Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

OfferwallApi ("we", "us") operates an advertising and monetization network at offerwallapi.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the Platform — as a visitor, an end user of an embedded offerwall, a publisher or an advertiser — and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account data

When you register we collect your email address and a cryptographically hashed password (we never store or see your plaintext password). If you enable two-factor authentication, we store your TOTP secret to verify login codes. We also store the role, status and optional profile details (such as country) you provide in the cabinet.

2.2 Payout data

To send publisher payouts we store the payout destination you configure (for example your FaucetPay account), together with your withdrawal and transaction history.

2.3 Technical and ad-serving data

When ads, offers, PTC views or shortlinks are served, we record IP addresses, device-type and country metadata derived from ad serving, and browser fingerprint hashes. This data powers frequency capping, geo-targeting and anti-fraud checks (for example VPN/proxy and invalid-traffic detection).

2.4 Usage logs

We keep operational logs of Platform usage: API requests, ad events, postback delivery attempts and responses, votes on public listings, rate-limit counters and support tickets.

3. Why We Process Data

• Service delivery: authenticating your session, serving and targeting ads, crediting earnings, delivering S2S postbacks and processing payouts and deposits.
• Fraud prevention and security: detecting bots, self-traffic, VPN/proxy abuse and other invalid traffic; enforcing rate limits and frequency caps; securing accounts (including two-factor authentication).
• Legal compliance and disputes: keeping financial records, responding to lawful requests and resolving billing or abuse disputes.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage — essentially a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the cabinet and a local preference that remembers your cookie-consent choice. The full list and the consent banner are documented in our Cookie Policy.

5. Third Parties

We share data with third parties only where it is necessary to run the Platform:

• FaucetPay: to send payouts we must transmit your payout destination and the payout amount to FaucetPay.
• IP reputation and geolocation lookups: IP addresses are checked against geolocation and reputation services for targeting and fraud prevention.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting and network providers process data on our behalf to operate the Platform.

When our offerwall or ad tags are embedded in a publisher's website, that publisher may set their own cookies or collect their own data under their own privacy policy — we are not responsible for publisher-side processing.

6. Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records (balances, deposits, payouts, campaign spend) are retained for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Operational logs — ad events, clicks, postback delivery logs and similar records — are retained for a limited operational window and then pruned; anti-fraud signals may be kept longer where they are needed to prevent repeat abuse. You can request deletion of your account data as described in Section 8, subject to the same legal retention duties.

7. Data Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions are protected with HTTP-only cookies, and the Platform is served over HTTPS. We offer two-factor authentication and recommend enabling it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Where applicable law grants you rights of access, correction, deletion or portability over your personal data, you can exercise them by contacting us (Section 11). We will respond within a reasonable period; certain data may be retained where we are legally obligated or have an overriding legitimate interest (for example fraud records).

9. Children

The Platform is not directed at minors. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to hold an account; end users of embedded surfaces must likewise meet this requirement. If we learn that we hold data from a person under that age, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the cabinet or by email where appropriate.
